CENTRAL POINT, OR – Dogs for Better Lives (DBL) is thrilled to announce our participation in Giving Tuesday 2024, the global day of generosity, taking place on Tuesday, December 3. This year, DBL has set an ambitious goal of raising $30,000 to support the journey of a future Service Dog—and thanks to several generous donors stepping up with a matching gift, every donation will go twice as far!
Each dollar contributed on Giving Tuesday will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $15,000, covering critical expenses such as veterinary care, training, and placement to prepare these remarkable dogs for their roles as life-changing Assistance Dogs.
Expanding Giving Options for Greater Impact
In addition to traditional donations, DBL is participating in Crypto Giving Tuesday through The Giving Block, accepting cryptocurrency donations that are also eligible to be matched. For those looking to explore other tax-smart giving options, DBL also welcomes other asset-based gifts, including stock and contributions from donor-advised funds (DAFs), which qualify for the match as well.
